Warning “Low Pressure in lower South China Sea”

No. 23 Time Issued : April 17, 2013 The low pressure cell over the upper Gulf is moving to the Tip of Indochina, and the southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf and the South. These cause fairly widespread rainfalls and isolated heavy rain over the East. People should beware of heavy rain. Due to the wind-waves likely above 2 meters high in thundershower areas in the upper Gulf, all ships should proceed with caution.
The advisory will be effect on 17 April 2013
