M-Media confirms that the following mosques and schools were destroyed
by Buddhist rioters. There are 20,500 refugees at different location in
Meiktila. M-Media estimates that the violence has cost 160 lives (130
Muslims and 30 Buddhists).

9. Nandawgone Mosque and Arabic Institute (Located at Nandawgone Quarter)

2. About 8,000 (No.1 Police Station High School)
3. About 3,000 (Pyi Tharyar – Shan Tae High School, close to Army aviation base)
4. About 3,500 – (fled to nearby villages and Mandalay)
